Omnyx is dedicated to offering the most complete, diagnostic-quality digital pathology solution for the anatomic pathologist in the hospital and reference lab. While our solution is currently in development, we are committed to transforming the scope of pathology by addressing the following issues.

Highly usable technology

On top of a pace-setting scanner design, we will integrate an image management infrastructure and highly efficient image display and navigation into a Web-enabled application. Combining a highly usable, diagnostic-quality viewer with additional workflow features will make going digital worthwhile for the pathologist sitting at the bench.

Fast and efficient workflow

Unlike other products in the market today, ours will be fast enough to complement the workflow of high volume labs. It will be designed to allow the pathologist to make diagnosis from H&E stained slides as well as IHC and other special stains.

Supports existing hospital systems & laboratory products

We recognize we do not operate alone in the pathology space. While we are dedicated to improving pathologists’ workflow, we also know we can’t solve every problem for the pathologists. To that end our products will be built on open standards to support existing hospital LIS systems, EMRs, storage solutions, other whole-slide scanners, and products used in pathology labs.
