Program Manager
Role Summary/Purpose
We are looking for a Program Manager to provide coordination, communication, and visibility into our programs. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, be able to distill complex issues to an appropriate level of detail across the organization, have superior verbal and written skills, and a have passion for improving lives through digital pathology.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage timeline for Program(s) from Inception to Release
- Coordinate efforts and meetings across all functions and department.
- Provide visibility into process to Executive Management
- Act as liaison between various departments to bridge communication gaps and improve cross functional efficiency.
- Meet with key customers to understand their workflow and requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning and developing a product roadmap
Qualifications/Requirements
- BS/MS in computer science, business or related fields
- Experience with anatomic pathology workflow and processes
- Minimum 4 yrs of program management experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audience.

Role Summary/Purpose
The successful candidate will join the Omnyx Scanner Hardware group. This candidate would be responsible for development of image processing, image analysis and high speed imaging and acquisition algorithms for the use in scanner technology.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design, develop, prototype and test algorithms and methods for fast image-based autofocus for scanner development team.
- Design, develop, prototype and test algorithms aimed at improving quality of raw camera images through imaging pipeline (demosaic, stitching and blending, white balancing, color correction, sharpening, denoising, etc)
- Interact with optical, mechanical and electrical design team, as well as image quality team to ensure proper integration of algorithm into the system.
- Implement algorithms in C/C++ using concurrent programming and SIMD architecture.
- Act both independently and collaboratively with senior staff to determine design approaches and parameters.
- Work on significant and unique issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
